RAI is as much a congress centre as a trade fair venue: eleven halls and 64 rooms. A good share of your audience spends the day between sessions, so the stand works in bursts and you need to know when.

We cover reception, outreach, meeting support and control of the private area of the stand for companies exhibiting in Amsterdam. The team arrives having read your brief and with the stand meeting schedule in hand.
The shows we cover here are congress led: SBC Summit, Money20/20 and ISPO. In that format visitors move between the auditorium and the expo, so aisle traffic concentrates in the breaks between sessions. We build the rota around the conference programme, not around opening hours.

The venue states eleven multi functional halls and around 74,910 square metres of exhibition space. It is more compact than the German venues, so there is less walking and visitors pass more stands.
RAI has 64 congress and conference rooms. That is why the pace of a stand rises and falls: when sessions end, the aisle fills all at once.
The address is Europaplein 2-22, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, with its own station. Visitors travel by public transport or bike and come and go easily, which is why dinners and side events work so well here.
Hall and stand number, the conference programme with its breaks, languages, and how many booked meetings you have per day. That closes the rota.
The European betting and gaming summit, held at RAI. A senior audience, diaries closed in advance and stands that live on meetings. We have a dedicated page with the staffing detail.
Fintech and payments. Visitors are technical or commercial and get into the product fast, so the team filters and routes more than it explains.
Sports and outdoor equipment. Product people pick up and try, with open stands where aisle outreach matters more than the counter.
Show and dates, hall and stand number, the conference programme if you have it, how many people at the counter and how many in the aisle, and languages per position. That is enough for a closed proposal.
If you are running a dinner or a side event that week, tell us when you ask for the quote. In a city venue it is common to chain the stand and an evening event, and it works out better with the same team.
Yes. We cover the RAI shows and congresses with hostesses, hosts, reception staff and multilingual profiles for exhibiting companies. Tell us the show and the hall and we will put a proposal together.
English is the base and in Amsterdam it covers almost everything, because the congresses are international. Dutch helps if your target audience is local, and we add Spanish, Italian or German depending on the markets you sell into.
By getting the programme from you. Once we know when sessions end we concentrate people in the aisle in those windows and thin out while the audience is in the room. It is the difference between covering twelve flat hours and covering the ones that count.
Yes. Guest reception, list control and hosting at venues around the city during the congress week.
