Stand design for Cosmoprof 2027
Stand design and production at Cosmoprof Bologna: product and packaging displays, samples, demonstrations and buyer meetings, with agreed drawings, resources and responsibilities.
Plan my Cosmoprof standGive the product a clear visitor journey.
A packaging collection needs comparison and technical discussion; a cosmetics brand may need product displays, samples and distribution meetings; a professional demonstration needs its own workstation and responsible operator. Design starts with the exhibitor’s salon and programme, before furniture or finishes are selected.
Request design, production, build and dismantling, or a defined part of the project. Agree what each supplier provides, who validates dimensions and graphics, and who hands over the space. An allocated footprint or organiser approval is not assumed, and design does not automatically include cosmetic applications, specialists or machines.
From the catalogue to the display.
Packaging and references
Organise families, sizes and references so visitors can compare products without mixing display pieces, documentation and items that may be handed out. Identify what stays in the cabinet and who authorises its removal.
Products and samples
Separate closed displays, sample units and products intended for a demonstration. Plan surfaces and replenishment with the exhibitor’s responsible contact; the design does not set usage instructions or storage conditions.
Professional demonstrations
Define the workstation, waiting audience, operator and supplied equipment. Obtain installation and cleaning requirements from their owners before positioning them; reception staff do not replace the demonstration professional.
Meetings and circulation
Position buyer meetings and walk-in conversations without relying on occupying the aisle. Relate access to the allocated plan, open sides and activities that need to run simultaneously.
Design, approval and handover.
Layout and visualisation
Agree layouts, views or renders, revisions and the approving contact at each stage. Use the allocated plan and edition manual; a general hall map does not establish the dimensions of your footprint.
Graphics and lighting
Match each surface to dimensions and approved brand files. Agree how products, colours and labels will be viewed using the selected samples and lights; identical appearance under every lighting condition is not promised.
Furniture and installations
List cabinets, shelves, tables, equipment, connections and venue services. Identify who supplies, installs and orders each item and who checks compatibility with products and machines.
Build and removal by salon
Cosmopack and Perfumery & Cosmetics finish on 20 March; Hair, Nail & Beauty finishes on 21 March. Confirm working windows in exhibitor documentation: visitor closing time does not itself authorise dismantling.

FAQ
When is Cosmoprof Bologna 2027?
Cosmopack and Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics run on 18–20 March 2027; Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon runs on 18–21 March at BolognaFiere. Build and removal times require specific exhibitor documentation.
Are product demonstrations included with the stand?
Only the resources and tasks described in the proposal are included. Design can provide a demonstration area; products, the professional operator, equipment and procedures are expressly assigned to their responsible owners.
Can you design for both packaging brands and finished cosmetics?
Yes, each brief can be assessed. Packaging focuses on references and comparison; finished products may need displays, samples and buyer conversations. One identical layout is not applied to every salon.
Who confirms dimensions and approves the project?
Work uses the allocated plan and exhibitor conditions. The proposal identifies who verifies dimensions, submits documents and orders services. Approval follows the organiser and venue process; a render does not replace it.
Can we reuse furniture or an earlier stand?
Dimensions, materials, condition, transport and adaptation to the allocated space are reviewed. Repair, packing, storage and later use are assessed when requested. Savings or an owned warehouse are not promised.
Can we also request stand staff?
You can request reception, scheduling and support alongside the stand project, with defined roles, languages, shifts and resources. Staff, samples and venue services are not automatically included simply by ordering design.
