Connect each interest in stone with the right exhibitor contact.

Visitors may be selecting a material for a project, asking about finishes, seeking distribution or exploring processing equipment. Reception staff identify that interest and guide visitors to samples, a catalogue, a meeting or an authorised demonstration. Technical selection and negotiation remain with the exhibitor’s specialist.

Marmomac runs from 28 September to 1 October 2027 at Veronafiere, Verona. The organiser announces public opening hours of 9:30–18:00. Wira provides independent exhibitor support; the proposal specifies duties, languages, shifts and training. Wira does not represent the organiser or assume availability or venue access.

Reception across materials, projects and technology.

01

Identify the need

Ask whether the enquiry concerns a material, project, distribution or technology. Use the exhibitor’s contact map to route buyers, architects, designers and other professionals without assigning specialist advice to reception staff.

02

References and samples

Guide visitors using material codes and approved information sheets. Hand out only prepared, authorised samples; do not promise that a small sample matches the appearance of a particular piece or move slabs or blocks.

03

Project appointments

Check the schedule, host and meeting space. Report delays and record requested documentation for sales follow-up without committing to prices, supply or delivery dates.

04

Technology demonstrations

Invite visitors to scheduled sessions and manage waiting outside the operating area. Cutting, machining, lifting and equipment operation remain with authorised specialists and are not included in a reception booking.

A practical brief for physical products.

01

Material map

Product families, references, finishes, handout samples and handling limits. Name the contact who answers questions about use, maintenance, performance and project selection.

02

Routes and waiting

Separate reception, displays, meeting table and technical areas. The exhibitor supplies routes and restrictions; staff do not validate stability, installation or safety conditions of displayed items.

03

Languages by conversation

Specify languages and levels for reception, appointments and approved range introductions. Technical interpreting or negotiation needs specific scope; Italian or another language is not assumed for every team member.

04

Records and handover

Use the agreed system with permissions and privacy instructions. Record material interest and the next step, return devices and hand over outstanding actions at closing; no parallel private contact lists.

What to send for a staffing proposal.

01

Booth and exhibits

Hall, booth number, layout, materials and equipment. Identify display items, handout samples and areas reception staff must not access or handle.

02

Appointments and service

Dates, actual service hours, meetings, sessions and simultaneous positions. Separate public opening 9:30–18:00 from briefing, breaks, relief cover and closing; it is not an automatic contracted shift.

03

Duties and training

Responsibilities, languages, dress code, approved information and escalation contacts by position. Agree training and cover when someone accompanies a meeting.

04

Resources and scope

Devices, tools, samples, access, suppliers and indicative budget. The proposal details line items and terms; piece logistics, machinery, construction and permissions are not automatically included.

Questions for planning Marmomac.

01

When and where is Marmomac 2027?

28 September–1 October 2027 at Veronafiere, Verona, according to the organiser. Published public opening hours are 9:30–18:00; staff access, accreditation and service hours are reviewed separately.

02

What staff can an exhibitor request?

Hostesses, hosts and booth support for reception, product routing, appointments, approved material distribution and contact registration. Roles, languages, shifts and training are defined in the proposal.

03

Can staff move slabs or blocks or operate equipment?

Reception and visitor support do not include heavy-piece handling, lifting, cutting or machinery operation. These tasks require specific responsible contacts and profiles from the exhibitor or authorised supplier.

04

Who answers suitability, finish or performance questions?

Staff use approved sheets and messages within their training. Project selection, performance, maintenance, installation and commercial commitments go to the specialist; reception staff do not certify material suitability.

05

Can staff support architect and buyer appointments?

Support can be provided around the exhibitor’s schedule and rules: check hosts, announce arrivals and delays and record next steps. Generating appointments or buyers is not promised, and data access is limited to authorised purposes.

06

How do we request a staffing proposal?

Provide booth details, materials or equipment, visitors, appointments, demonstrations, roles, languages and service hours. Include resources and technical contacts. The enquiry form retains the Marmomac reference for coverage and terms review.
