Request an act at your booth, welcome entertainment or a performance for a client reception during Mobile World Congress. We first define the moment: welcoming guests, introducing a presentation or starting a conversation with your brand team. The artistic format and production are then proposed around that brief.
The proposal specifies artists, performance slots, costume, content, resources and coordination. Fira Gran Via and a private Barcelona venue have different conditions. Exhibitor or host requirements are reviewed before confirming the format. Wira provides independent services for your brand and does not act as MWC’s official organiser.

Live music or a DJ for a welcome, cocktail reception or closing moment. Tell us whether meetings continue alongside it. Sound level, location, repertoire and technical needs are agreed with the venue.
Dance and performers
Choreography, characters or a staged entrance for a scheduled moment. Share the floor area, costume brief and route. Allocate a performance space rather than assuming public aisles are available.
MCs and brand content

Space and audience
Floor plan, performance area, expected audience, sight lines, access and waiting space. Distinguish invited guests from general circulation and keep meeting positions clear.
Sound, light and content
Identify existing equipment, operator and playback formats. Sound conditions, structures, effects and installations are reviewed with the venue’s responsible team; permission is not assumed.
Rehearsal and alternatives
Schedule technical checks, entrances and cues. For digital content, define files and an approved fallback if playback fails. Only the designated decision maker authorises programme changes.
Stage management and handover
One contact confirms the start and communicates changes to artists, reception and production. Agree performance slots, breaks, preparation space and removal; overlapping duties need appropriate coverage.

Can you perform inside an MWC booth?
A booth act can be assessed using the location, floor plan and exhibitor conditions. Confirmation depends on the format, resources and review with the venue and responsible teams; permission is not assumed.
Do you provide entertainment for receptions outside Fira?
Yes. Share the venue, guests, schedule and reception programme. The project follows the booked venue’s conditions and is separate from booth operations and the official MWC programme.
Can the show be adapted to our brand?
Script, costume, music or visual adaptations can be assessed. The proposal defines the changes and who approves materials, messages and required rights before use.
Is technical production included?
Only specified line items are included: artists, coordination, sound, lighting, playback or other agreed resources. Venue equipment and your existing suppliers are identified to avoid duplication.
Does entertainment replace sales or booth staff?
No. Entertainment has an artistic role. Reception, meeting support, specialist demonstrations and sales follow-up need separate owners when they overlap. You can request these services within a coordinated proposal.
