Describe simultaneous reception, meetings, sessions and language needs. Plan positions, breaks and cover around actual tasks rather than assuming identical staffing throughout the day.
Resources and confidentiality
Provide a glossary, permitted public content and agenda access rules. Avoid private list copies, visitor credentials and restricted technical documents.
Hours and authorisations
Confirm service, preparation, tools, briefing and responsible contacts. Review organiser accreditation and conditions before committing duties; the event calendar does not establish a contracted shift.

When and where is Singapore Airshow 2028?
