A private agenda needs well-informed reception.

When an exhibitor, broker and guest meet, reception needs to handle appointments and contacts without revealing conversations, identities or meeting details. Wira proposes independent support for reception points and associated events around Monaco Yacht Show: staff welcome visitors, check appointments and notify the person who authorises the next step. They do not advise on purchasing, chartering or a vessel’s commercial terms.

The organiser announces the show for 22–25 September 2027 at Port Hercule. Published opening is 10:00–18:30 Wednesday to Friday and 10:00–18:00 Saturday; Wednesday is by invitation. Staffing duties, access and shifts need separate confirmation. Booking Wira does not provide VIP passes, private viewings or onboard access.

Discreet reception for appointments and meetings.

01

Validate without exposing

Check only necessary details on the authorised list and notify the appointed contact. Avoid reading names, meetings or commercial information aloud in front of other visitors.

02

Separate invitations and appointments

An event invitation, show accreditation and yacht viewing are different controls. The script must define what reception checks and who resolves a discrepancy.

03

Manage waiting arrangements

Agree an authorised waiting point and a clear message when a contact is delayed. Do not announce an owner, buyer or guest’s presence without permission.

04

Refer to the professional

Sales, charter, equipment and design enquiries go to the relevant broker or specialist. Support staff do not confirm prices, vessel availability or commercial conditions.

Harbour coordination and private viewings.

01

One authorising contact

Agree who approves a visit and how arrivals are communicated. Changes to groups, companions or locations are validated with that contact rather than added to a list independently.

02

Clear onboard boundaries

Reception is not crew, security or nautical assistance. Access, capacity, conduct and vessel conditions remain under the competent responsible parties.

03

Hospitality within scope

Specify whether the position is shoreside, at an exhibition space or within an authorised meeting. Bar, catering and onboard duties require express review of resources and conditions.

04

Changes and cancellations

Prepare approved messages for delays, relocations and cancellations. Staff may coordinate information but do not guarantee transport, navigation or alternative access.

Briefing profiles and service hours.

01

Location and authorisations

Provide the Port Hercule location, meeting point, responsible contact and planned duties. Separate staff accreditation from guest access without assuming either is granted automatically.

02

Agenda and confidentiality

Share only necessary information with access permissions, recipients and a close-out process. Do not make private agenda copies or share details through unapproved channels.

03

Duties and languages

Specify simultaneous reception, appointments, coordination and language needs. Profiles, briefing, breaks and cover are confirmed; bilingual ability across the entire team is not assumed.

04

Resources and handover

Define uniform, communications, permitted materials and incident handover. Invitation day and each private event need their own instructions rather than one generic arrangement for every setting.

Questions for planning Monaco Yacht Show.

01

When and where is Monaco Yacht Show 2027?

The organiser announces 22–25 September 2027 at Port Hercule. Published opening is 10:00–18:30 Wednesday to Friday and 10:00–18:00 Saturday. Wednesday is by invitation; staffing hours are agreed separately.

02

Does the service include tickets or yacht access?

Not automatically. Show accreditation, a private-event invitation and vessel access require different authorisations. Wira does not promise VIP passes or private viewings as a result of booking staff.

03

Which duties can the team cover?

Discreet reception, appointment checks against authorised lists, host notifications, directions and change coordination within the proposal. Commercial commitments and yacht advice remain with the broker or exhibitor.

04

Can reception staff act as crew or security?

Not as a consequence of booking reception. Crew, security, navigation and onboard duties need specific responsible personnel, qualifications and conditions, none of which are assumed in this offer.

05

How are guest details and agendas protected?

Agree minimum data, permissions, tools and recipients. Avoid private copies, unnecessary announcements of attendance and unapproved communication channels. Confidentiality procedures are defined in the briefing.

06

What should I send to request staff?

Location, duties, appointments, access arrangements, languages, hours, resources and authorised contacts. Specify private events or onboard work so scope can be reviewed without assuming availability or permissions.
