A meeting with a corporate travel buyer needs a different route from a destination, hotel or booking-platform enquiry. Support staff identify the purpose of the visit, locate the appointment and notify the exhibitor’s contact. Product facts, rates and contracting conditions are validated by the commercial owner.
ITB Asia publishes 20–22 October 2027 in its future-editions calendar. Its venue page still describes Sands Expo & Convention Centre and 2026 hours; these are not presented as 2027 reconfirmation. Support a pavilion
Where several brands participate, define an internal directory, responsible contacts and coverage for each position. Do not assume every staff member represents every pavilion entity.
Hand over the next action
Record the enquiry and agreed next step through the approved tool. Reception assistance does not confer accredited-buyer status or guarantee meetings and contracts.
Presentation and travel technology support.
Destination presentations
Assist with welcomes, materials and audience invitations using the approved script. Destination or brand images, messages and claims must be client-approved.
Demos without traveller data
Organise time slots and guide visitors through the demo process. Use authorised test accounts and data; do not request passports, real bookings or traveller credentials.
Languages and specialisation
Specify reception languages and which questions are referred. Negotiation interpreting, specialist translation and explanations of integrations require specific scope and profiles.
Programme changes
Agree who approves delays, speaker substitutions and room changes. Do not use the 2026 programme as a 2027 agenda or promise access to private sessions.
