Messe Frankfurt is one of the largest venues in Europe, and that changes how a team is spread out. Tell us which hall your stand is in and which entrance your visitors use, and we build the proposal from there.

We work with companies exhibiting in Frankfurt that need reception on the stand, aisle outreach, meeting support and control over who enters the private area. The team is briefed on your product before the first day, not on the morning itself.
Language matters more in Frankfurt than in most places. Visitors arrive from across Europe and Asia, and plenty of conversations open in German or English and end in a third language. That is why we pick the profile by language combination rather than by trade fair experience alone.
The venue states around 400,000 square metres of event space across ten halls, numbered 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, plus over 59,500 square metres outdoors. It is a long walk end to end, so headcount depends on where your stand sits, not only on how big it is.
The Portalhaus, part of the Hall 11 complex, is the western entrance. The Torhaus gives direct access to Hall 12. Hall 1 has the Eingang City, connected to the underground station. Your visitors will arrive through one of the three, and it is worth knowing which before you place anyone.
Moving walkways connect Hall 10 with Hall 11 and the Galleria. That raised corridor concentrates footfall, and outreach works differently there than inside a hall.
Hall and stand number, the entrance your visitors use, the languages you expect, and whether you want someone dedicated to pre booked meetings. Those four answers close the rota.
Home and contract textiles. A professional audience and a lot of technical conversation about materials and finishes. We have a dedicated page with the staffing detail for this show.
Tableware, gifts and decoration. One of the busiest shows in the Frankfurt calendar, where the stand needs the aisle and the counter covered at the same time.
Frankfurt also hosts Automechanika, ISH, Light + Building and the book fair. If you exhibit at any of them the service is the same, even where we have not published a dedicated page yet.
The dates and days you want covered, hall and stand number, how many people at the counter and how many in the aisle, the languages for each position, and whether there is tasting or a product demonstration. That is enough for a closed proposal.
If you already have a stand builder, a contractor or a catering supplier, we fit around them. You do not need to change supplier to work with us on the people.
Yes. We work the Messe Frankfurt shows with hostesses, hosts, reception staff and multilingual profiles for the stands of companies exhibiting there. Tell us the show and the hall and we will put a proposal together.
Yes, and it is the first thing worth settling. Frankfurt draws visitors from across Europe, so the usual mix is German and English at the counter plus a third language if your market calls for it. Tell us which countries you expect visitors from.
It depends less on square metres than on position. A stand on a busy thoroughfare with two open sides needs more people than one the same size on an inner aisle. Give us the stand number and the floor plan and we will tell you what rota makes sense.
Yes. Company dinners, hotel presentations and side events during the fair week. It is common for the same team to cover the stand by day and welcome guests at the dinner in the evening.
