Düsseldorf packs very different shows into the same venue: one week it is medical equipment, the next it is wine or boats. The profile that works at one is wrong for the other, and that is what shapes the proposal.

We put reception at the counter, outreach in the aisle, meeting support and contact capture in place for companies exhibiting in Düsseldorf. The team arrives having read your brief and knowing which questions they answer and which they hand to your sales people.
This is a venue for technical shows. At Medica the visitor is clinical or hospital procurement and asks about certification; at ProWein it is distribution and hospitality asking about vintages and volumes. We choose the profile around that conversation, not the other way round.
The venue states 19 halls, around 262,000 square metres of hall space and 43,000 square metres outdoors. The big shows fill almost all of it, so visitors walk a long way and reach your stand with less time than you would expect.
The North entrance sits at Hall 9 and the South entrance at Hall 1. Which one applies changes the flow completely: if your stand is far from the door your audience uses, aisle outreach matters more than the counter.
The same halls host Medica and Compamed from 16 to 19 November 2026, boot from 23 to 31 January 2027, EuroCIS from 16 to 18 February and ProWein from 7 to 9 March 2027. These audiences have nothing in common.
Hall and stand number, the entrance your visitors use, languages, and whether there is tasting, an equipment demonstration or a closed meeting room. That closes the rota.
The largest medical equipment show in the calendar, from 16 to 19 November 2026, alongside Compamed. It calls for technical vocabulary and a lot of pre booked meeting management. We have a dedicated page with the detail.
Wine and spirits, from 7 to 9 March 2027. Here the team pours, explains and keeps the tasting queue in order, and it helps if they understand the product. This one also has its own page.
boot for the marine industry, glasstec, EuroCIS for retail and Valve World. If you exhibit at any of them the service is the same, even where we have not published a dedicated page yet.
Show and dates, hall and stand number, how many people you want at the counter and how many in the aisle, languages per position, and whether there is tasting or a demonstration. That is enough for a closed proposal.
If another supplier builds your stand, we fit around their build up and break down schedule. All we need to know is what time we can get in on the first morning.
Yes. We cover the Messe Düsseldorf shows with hostesses, hosts, reception staff and multilingual profiles for exhibiting companies. Tell us the show and the hall and we will put a proposal together.
German and English as the base. At Medica it is common to add French or Arabic depending on the markets you sell into, and at ProWein Italian or Spanish. Tell us where your buyers come from and we adjust the team.
Yes, as long as your stand meets the venue requirements for handling and service. Tell us whether there will be tasting, how many references and whether there is a washing area, because that changes how many people you need behind the bar.
No. Also build up and break down if you need someone to receive materials or control access, and dinners or presentations away from the venue during the fair week.
